Being in the position I am, I deal with a lot of stress. Add buying a house, and setting up a wedding, more stress. Add a Fiance that understands and has a care free attitude, STRESS GOES DOOOOOOWN. I am lucky.
Along with a house, you have to pay taxes... $, insurance... $, renovations... $, oh, and of course, the mortgage and principal payments... $.
Along with a wedding, if you don't already know all of the absurd crazy expenses associated with a wedding, I am going to save you time reading and your potential for getting married by not putting down anything. Your welcome.
To be completely honest, I haven't dealt with stress well the last couple of months. Building a business, and accomplishing the other tasks, has been both physically demanding and financially demanding, and I have tried to accomplish EVERYTHING by myself, and it just has beat me to my knees. I need to incorporate trust in my life, and a whole lot of it.
I am trying to figure out the best ways to deal with stress. It started last night with my Fiance basically hitting me on top of my head and basically said "dumby, there are two of us in this relationship, let me help with things." Okay, okay, you've convinced me.
You need to know when enough is enough. I have talked with many people, in this business, and when I get to a certain question, at least half of the people I have talked with have dealt with some sort of depression. It is amazing to me, and I have never had the experience, but I feel as if I may have saved myself last night when I talked with my Fiance, from me myself falling into a depressed state. I was slumping, feeling defeated and always worrying. Enough of THAT!
Let me know if you've ever dealt with extreme stress, I would love to know if/how/when you dealt with it!
